Role Description
The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing and driving operations, managing franchise partnerships, and achieving business growth for Lucens. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi Ncr, Region. The individual will lead strategic planning, monitor operational efficiency, and ensure quality standards across franchise locations. Key responsibilities include developing sustainable business strategies, forging and maintaining relationships with franchise partners, ensuring adherence to performance benchmarks, and collaborating closely with teams to implement innovative solutions while delivering exceptional service experiences.
Qualifications
- Business strategy and development skills with experience in scaling operations and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management experience, along with stakeholder and partner relationship management skills
- Proficiency in operations management, process optimization, and maintaining quality standards
- Data analysis, financial planning, and performance monitoring abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the fabric care, hospitality, Retail Sales, GYM, start-ups, dry cleaning, and laundry industry or franchise industries is a plus
- Proven ability to contribute to a technology-driven and customer-focused business
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
