Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for the position of Business Head. The Business Head will oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and spearhead sales strategies to achieve company goals. Responsibilities include managing teams, fostering client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring high operational efficiency across all processes. The role involves strategic decision-making, resource planning, and coordination with stakeholders to strengthen the organization’s business performance and sustainability goals.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills, team management experience, and ability to foster collaboration.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, sales strategies, market research, and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment and components, along with supply chain and operational management expertise.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial and resource planning to ensure efficient business operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience in the B2B-Capital Equipments Sales & Marketing sector is highly desirable.
