ROLE
The business head will be responsible for driving overall business growth of the Bhopal showroom across all verticals (Natural Stones, Windows and wood, and entrance gate automation). The role involves sales leadership, team accountability, architect relationship development, and operational discipline to ensure the showroom achieves its monthly and annual revenue targets. The business head will act as the single point of responsibility for Exteriosys business and will report to the partners.

Candidate Profile
Experience
● Minimum 7–10 years experience preferably in building materials, interior products, or construction-related sales
● Experience managing B2B sales teams
Preferred Background
● Natural stone / tiles / windows / modular interiors / sanitaryware / building materials industry
Skills
● Strong leadership and team management
● Relationship building with architects and builders

Compensation Structure Salary Range: ₹70,000 – ₹85,000 per month
