Job Role: Store Manager (Salon Operations)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed performance targets and service standards
- Ensure the salon maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety regulations
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to drive new client acquisition and customer retention
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance performance and skill development
- Monitor salon performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Stay updated with industry trends and introduce new services/techniques to maintain competitiveness
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and effective complaint resolution
- Manage team performance, including motivation and conflict resolution
- Handle inventory management (retail products & consumables)
- Drive salon revenue targets and overall top-line growth
- Maintain salon hygiene, upkeep, and maintenance standards
- Oversee billing and accounting operations
- Optimize capacity, assets, and resource utilization
- Focus on profitability and bottom-line performance
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in retail/salon industry preferred
- Good presentability and customer handling skills
- Leadership mindset with team management experience
