Climentos is a fast-growing EdTech company committed to delivering impactful learning experiences. We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Head to lead our operations, manage multiple high-performing teams, and take complete ownership of the business.
Role Overview
As the Business Head, you will be the cornerstone of our business operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end business performance, team management, and strategic growth. This is a leadership role that demands accountability, execution, and a strong EdTech background.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete P&L and business performance of the organization
- Lead, manage, and align multiple cross-functional teams toward shared business goals
- Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion
- Define and execute short-term and long-term business strategies
- Collaborate with the leadership team to shape company direction and decision-making
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement corrective actions proactively
- Build a high-performance culture through mentoring, goal-setting, and accountability
- Represent the organization in key stakeholder, client, and partner engagements
Who We Are Looking For
- 4–5 years of experience in a business leadership or senior management role
- Mandatory background in the EdTech industry
- Proven track record of managing multiple teams simultaneously
- Strong business acumen with hands-on experience handling end-to-end business responsibilities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Comfortable working 6 days a week in a full Work From Office setup
