Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Puducherry for the position of Business Head. The Business Head will oversee the company's operations, develop and execute business strategies, establish and nurture client relationships, and ensure the achievement of financial and operational goals. The role involves overseeing business performance, managing teams, growing the customer base, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and seize new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in strategic planning, financial analysis, and business development
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Understanding of engine servicing operations and industry standards
- Ability to identify market opportunities and develop sustainable strategies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the service or automotive industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment to meet business objectives
