Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Head, based in Bengaluru South. The Business Head will oversee business operations, drive strategic growth, and manage multi-vertical business functions. Responsibilities include steering business development, nurturing client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, evaluating market opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence. The role requires a hands-on approach to decision-making, identifying new revenue streams, and executing the company’s vision for sustainability and growth.

- Strong leadership skills, organizational management, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strategic planning and business development expertise with a focus on identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills to engage with stakeholders across industries.
- Sustainable business practices and a commitment to implementing eco-friendly initiatives.
- Experience in procurement solutions, operational efficiency, and cost management.
- Proven background in managing multi-vertical operations, preferably in IT, BFSI, Pharma, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to environmental initiatives is an added advantage.
