BankersKlub is India’s first and only Fintech aggregator platform built and designed exclusively for former/retired bankers. The platform redeploys India’s pool of experienced former bankers, leveraging their diverse and regulatory expertise, credit knowledge, and above all, grassroots understanding of the financial ecosystems. It also serves as a unified lending interface (ULI), facilitating a range of lending solutions such as personal, car, home, LAP, and unsecured business loans, along with loans against mutual funds and shares.
Mission:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive aggressive market expansion, strategic sales, and business development. The candidate must have hand-on experience in spearheading high-value client acquisitions, develop regional partnerships, and generate revenue through cross-selling of FINTECH-led wealth solutions.

Qualifications:
MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA / CFA / PGDM from a reputed college or equivalent qualification in Finance, Banking, or Risk Management
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall P&L management of the assigned region, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability
2. Lead the end-to-end client acquisition lifecycle—from lead generation and relationship building to deal structuring and closure
3. Develop and maintain local relationships with banks, NBFCs, family offices, AIFs, and other financial institutions to strengthen sourcing and execution capabilities.
4. Leverage a strong banker network and build strategic partner relationships to ensure a robust pipeline and sustained engagement of bankers and partners
5. Build, expand, and actively engage a strong banker network, ensuring sustained participation and deal flow.
6. Build and scale regional revenue pipelines by cross-selling FINTECH-enabled wealth management and lending solutions.
7. Coordinate with investors, lenders, and internal stakeholders for preparation and closure of transaction-related documentation
8.Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage FINTECH, NBFC, and allied partners to enhance regional reach and service offerings
Must Have:
1. Progressive experience and proven track record in Corporate Finance, NBFC, Banks, Financial Institution
2. 10+ years of experience in branch banking, financial advisory, or wealth management
3. Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stakes transactions with senior-level stakeholders
4. Ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment, creative, and quick thinking
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
6. Previous experience with Startup ecosystem or exposure to FINTECH/BFSI vertical
