Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Business Head to lead and scale our business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in MLM (Multi-Level Marketing), Insurance, and Franchise Development, with a proven track record of driving growth, building high-performing teams, and expanding business networks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the overall business strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Lead and manage end-to-end business operations and P&L responsibility
• Drive franchise development and network building
• Lead, and mentor large sales and operational teams
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
• Strengthen market presence
• Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and ensure business profitability
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Key Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in any MLM, Insurance, or similar industries
• Proven leadership experience in handling large teams and multi-location operations
• Strong experience in franchise development and business expansion will be an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets
• Strong communication, and negotiation
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a result-oriented approach
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Experience in scaling businesses from growth to expansion stage
• Exposure in MLM / Insurance / Sales ecosystem
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• High ownership and accountability mindset
