Hiring: Business Head
We are looking for a dynamic Business Head to lead overall operations and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly coordinate with the Director for strategic planning and execution
- Conduct regular meetings with HODs and gather performance feedback
- Oversee smooth functioning of both office and factory operations
- Ensure alignment across departments and timely decision-making
- Prepare reports, track progress, and drive operational efficiency
Requirements:
- MBA or relevant qualification
- 8+ years of experience in operations/business management
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Experience in managing multi-location operations (office + factory preferred)
