Aham Housing Finance is looking for a National Sales Head / Business Head to lead our business across India.
With a strong and growing presence of 35+ branches, Aham Housing Finance is rapidly expanding in the affordable housing finance space, focused on making home ownership accessible across diverse markets.
This is not just a role, it’s an opportunity to take ownership of a high-growth business, work closely with the CEO, build large-scale sales and distribution networks in the affordable housing finance space.
What you’ll drive:
* Lead and scale a team of 400–500 sales & collections professionals
* Build and expand distribution channels across PAN India
* Drive growth across affordable housing and informal lending segments
* Own business strategy, execution, and performance outcomes
We’re looking for:
* 14-17 years of experience in lending / NBFC / financial services
* Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
* Experience in affordable housing finance / commercial or informal lending
* Engineering graduate + full-time management degree
Location : Chennai | Extensive travel
