Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head, based in Ahmedabad/Mumbai/Surat. The Business Head will lead overall business operations, develop strategic plans, oversee sales and marketing initiatives, and monitor financial performance to ensure growth and profitability. They will also coordinate with team leaders, evaluate market trends, and build strong client relationships to enhance the company’s competitive position. Regular collaboration with internal departments to streamline operations and achieve organizational objectives is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to lead teams, drive business strategies, and achieve organizational goals.
- Sales and Marketing Expertise: Strong background in managing sales targets, devising marketing strategies, and fostering customer relationships.
- Financial Acumen: Excellent skills in budgeting, cost management, and financial planning aligned with business objectives.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial machinery, particularly generators and acoustic enclosures, is highly desirable.
- Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to handle challenges, make sound decisions, and adapt to dynamic business environments.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Location-specific Experience: Prior experience managing operations in industrial hubs or familiarity with the market in Silvassa is an added advantage.
