Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Commercial Head to lead our business unit and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing sales, managing budgets, and driving business growth through effective marketing and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Manage budgets, analyse financial data, and oversee P&L to ensure profitability
- Develop and execute sales strategies, set targets, and manage product marketing activities
- Identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure business continuity
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Design and track field budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost management

Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the crowdfunding or fintech industry would be an added advantage
- A master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field preferred
