Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Business Head – Enterprise Sales. The primary responsibilities include leading enterprise sales initiatives, developing strategies to drive revenue growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, guiding sales teams, leading negotiations with clients, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales strategies, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience in managing and leading sales teams to achieve organizational goals
- Ability to understand and adapt to market trends and build innovative business solutions
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is preferred
- Prior experience in the Internet services or network solutions industry is a plus
