Role Overview
This role is responsible for expanding Business Toys’ presence across management and science colleges in Coimbatore and surrounding regions, particularly targeting programs such as BBA, BCA, B.Com and related undergraduate streams.
The selected candidate will initially function as an individual contributor, driving institutional partnerships, student outreach, and program implementation.
As the operations scale, the role will evolve into a regional leadership position, with ownership of team building, operations, and growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish partnerships with management and science colleges offering BBA, BCA, B.Com and related programs
- Drive institutional collaborations and expand Business Toys’ presence in the region
- Lead student acquisition and program onboarding initiatives
- Identify new institutional opportunities within the higher education ecosystem
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful program execution
- Build strong relationships with college management, department heads, and placement teams
- Achieve institutional partnership and revenue targets for the region
- Gradually build and manage a regional team as the vertical grows
Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in EdTech / Education / Skill Development / Institutional Sales / B2B
- Strong network within management or science colleges in Tamil Nadu
- Experience working with BBA, BCA, B.Com or business-related academic programs is preferred
- Proven ability to build institutional partnerships and drive growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- MBA or Master’s degree – Preferred
