Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune Division for a Business Growth Strategist. The individual will be responsible for identifying and executing strategies to drive business growth, facilitating lead generation, managing customer relationships, organizing events, and executing marketing initiatives. The role also includes working collaboratively with stakeholders to promote business opportunities, developing innovative sales strategies, and supporting members in achieving competitive success.
Qualifications
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to facilitate business development and secure valuable opportunities
- Event Planning and Marketing expertise to organize impactful industry events and promote engagement
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in trade, commerce, or industry organizations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity in Pune
