Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Growth Partner (Profit-Sharing Model) for a remote position. The role involves identifying and cultivating business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Remotify. The Business Growth Partner will develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base, collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored remote workforce solutions, and continuously evaluate market trends to adapt our approach. This is an entrepreneurial role designed for an individual who thrives on innovation and delivering results.
Qualifications
- Strong business development skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and sales strategy development.
- Proven experience in market research, identifying new markets, and understanding business trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic and analytical thinking abilities, with a results-oriented mindset focused on driving growth.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, business analytics software, and other marketing tools to track performance and measure success.
- Prior experience in recruitment, remote workforce solutions, or consulting is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
