Role Description
The Business Growth Officer will focus on driving sales, business development, and growth initiatives for ACFL. Primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to expand market presence, conducting market research, and managing key projects to achieve organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Washim.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and ability to build strong business relationships
- Proven skills in Sales and Business Development
- Experience in Project Management with a focus on meeting goals effectively
- Expertise in Market Research and gathering actionable insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the financial sector or working at NBFCs or MFIs is an asset
