Business Growth Manager

Job Summary
Tencys is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Enterprise Growth Manager to support
business expansion through executive outreach, strategic networking, enterprise engagement,
and opportunity coordination.
The role involves building relationships with technology and business leaders, generating
qualified business opportunities, coordinating industry meetups and networking initiatives, and
supporting business conversion activities across AI, analytics, cloud, enterprise platforms, and
digital transformation services.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence in engaging with
CXOs and enterprise stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple business conversations in
a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage enterprise decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, technology leaders,
procurement teams, and business stakeholders.
• Generate business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, networking events, referrals,
partnerships, and strategic engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and business discussions with prospective clients and
ecosystem partners.
• Support Tencys participation in webinars, meetups, executive roundtables, and industry
networking forums.
• Work closely with leadership, delivery teams, solution architects, and marketing teams during
proposal and business conversion stages.
• Assist in managing CRM updates, pipeline tracking, customer communication, and opportunity
coordination.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendor management teams during onboarding,
compliance, NDA, MSA, and contracting processes.
• Support branding and market visibility initiatives through strategic outreach and relationship-
building activities.
Basic Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships,
Community Growth, or Technology Consulting Sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in outbound outreach using LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking events, or
referrals.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
• Good understanding of B2B sales cycles and consultative business engagement.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively drive business opportunities.
• Comfortable interacting with senior leadership, procurement teams, and business decision-
makers.
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to IT services, AI, analytics, cloud, SaaS, enterprise software, or digital
transformation domains.
• Experience organizing webinars, meetups, executive networking sessions, or industry events.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management tools.
• Understanding of procurement workflows, vendor onboarding, and enterprise contracting
processes.
• Existing professional network within enterprise technology or startup ecosystems is a plus.
• Prior experience in consulting or fast-growing technology environments preferred.
