Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership individual who will manage the complete sales lifecycle — from lead qualification and deal closure to client onboarding, retention, and growth.
This role is ideal for someone who can act as a single point of contact for revenue and client success.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Sales Ownership
● Understand inbound/outbound leads and qualify opportunities
● Conduct product demos and solution pitching
● Identify client use cases and propose tailored solutions
● Create proposals, pricing, and close deals
● Maintain strong pipeline visibility and forecasting
Account Management & Post-Sales
● Act as primary POC after deal closure
● Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation
● Coordinate with tech/support teams for delivery
● Track client usage, engagement, and satisfaction
Client Retention & Growth
● Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
● Build long-term relationships with clients
● Ensure renewals and minimize churn
● Identify gaps and suggest product improvements
Internal Coordination
● Work closely with tech, product, and support teams
● Ensure commitments made during sales are delivered
● Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting
Key Skills Required
● Strong sales and negotiation skills
● Ability to understand technical products (CPaaS / SaaS preferred)
● Excellent communication & stakeholder management
● Problem-solving and ownership mindset
● Experience in handling end-to-end client lifecycle
Preferred Experience
● 2–5 years in SaaS / Tech / WhatsApp / SMS / CPaaS sales
● Experience in both hunting (sales) + farming (account management)
● Exposure to CRM tools and pipeline management
Salary: 30k to 40k PM
