Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Growth Manager. The Business Growth Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, including potential franchise partners and corporate clients in target markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing growth opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and building relationships with prospective partners and customers. The role involves coordinating cross-functional efforts to launch and support new franchises, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights. The Business Growth Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to refine value propositions, prepare proposals and presentations, and ensure consistent follow-up and conversion of qualified leads.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience working with Analytics to assess markets, measure performance, and inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven Sales skills, with a track record in business development, lead generation, and closing deals, ideally in services or education sectors.
- Solid Project Management capabilities to coordinate initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver on growth objectives across multiple markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- Experience in franchising, online education, or international markets is an advantage.
- Comfort with CRM tools and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, and online collaboration platforms).
