GAG Coffee is expanding, and we’re looking for a Business Growth Manager who can drive sales, strengthen outlet performance, and uplift team capability across all locations.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall business development, outlet operations monitoring, and team training for improved performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive overall sales growth across all outlets
- Conduct team training to improve service standards & product knowledge
- Oversee outlet operations and ensure SOP compliance
- Track & analyse daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Identify growth opportunities and implement improvement strategies
- Support franchise and corporate outlets for smoother functioning
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, or retail operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and teams
- Passion for growth and operational excellence
