Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Head - Business Growth to lead territory growth and drive revenue expansion in Delhi. This role requires a high-energy professional with strong execution capability, an ownership mindset, and the ability to translate Head Office strategies into measurable on-ground performance. The Head -Business Growth will be responsible for overall territory performance, including revenue growth, sales administration, market expansion, and operational execution. The role involves closely working with Cluster Managers to ensure sales creation, effective vendor management, and a consistent increase in customer footfall across locations. The incumbent will play a critical role in implementing strategies for both existing and newly launched products, ensuring seamless adoption and performance tracking within the territory.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive overall territory retail sales growth in all First Mile Hubs and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute territory expansion/improvement strategies aligned with Head Office directives.
  • Ensure effective implementation of sales, operational and business strategies for existing and newly launched products.
  • Oversee the administrative aspects of sales operations, including MIS, reporting, and compliance.
  • Work closely with Cluster Managers to strengthen sales creation, vendor management, and operational efficiency.
  • Responsible for opening more First Mile Hub outlets and managing the staff and leads along with Cluster managers of the First Mile Hub outlets.
  • Monitor and improve customer footfall and conversion performance across locations.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales approaches.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong local partnerships.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective action plans where required.
  • Present periodic performance reports and territory insights to the COO and Head Office leadership
