We’re building one of India’s fastest-growing startup-focused content platforms and personal branding agencies.
We work with founders, brands, and creators to:
- Build high-impact content (Reels, YouTube, Podcasts)
- Generate inbound leads through personal branding
- Execute brand collaborations and partnerships
Now, we’re looking for someone who can own revenue generation and client success end-to-end.
🎯 Role Overview
This is not a typical sales role.
You will:
- Close inbound leads (podcasts, YouTube integrations, brand deals)
- Drive outbound partnerships with founders and brands
- Manage client relationships and ensure smooth execution
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, editing, shoots)
👉 You will directly impact revenue growth.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
1. Inbound Sales Close leads for:
- Podcast features
- YouTube integrations
- Instagram/Reels collaborations
- Handle discovery calls and convert leads into paying clients
2. Outbound GrowthReach out to founders, brands, and agencies
- Build partnerships for:
- Podcast sponsorships
- YouTube collaborations
- Content deals
- Generate a consistent deal pipeline
3. Client Servicing & RetentionAct as the primary point of contact for clients
- Ensure smooth delivery of content and commitments
- Manage expectations and timelines
4. Operations & CoordinationWork closely with content and production teams
- Ensure shoots, scripts, and deliverables are aligned
- Maintain workflow discipline
🧠 What We’re Looking For1–4 years of experience in sales / partnerships / creator economy
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to close high-ticket deals (₹50k–₹2L+)
- Ownership mindset (not task-based thinking)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bonus: Experience with content, creators, or agencies
