About FatakUdaan

FatakUdaan is FatakPay’s credit improvement and financial discipline program designed to help users build or improve their credit profile through structured repayment behaviour and guided financial education. The program focuses on enabling long-term financial access with dignity and transparency.

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Business Intern to support the growth and performance of the FatakUdaan vertical. This role requires strong analytical ability, coordination across teams, and ownership of funnel-level performance tracking.

You will work closely with the Business, Marketing, Calling, and Product teams to improve user acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Funnel & Performance Tracking

• Monitor daily and weekly funnel metrics (Applications, Payment Page Visits, Conversions, Disbursals, Repayments)
• Identify drop-offs and recommend optimization strategies
• Maintain and update MIS dashboards

2. Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Support in Marketing Strategy
• Assist in segmentation and cohort analysis
• Track campaign performance and conversion metrics

3. Calling Team Support

• Analyze attempt-to-connect and connect-to-conversion ratios
• Support incentive structure tracking and performance benchmarking
• Identify scripts/process improvements based on data

4. Business Insights & Strategy

• Conduct market and competitor research in credit builder/fintech space
• Identify growth levers and cost-optimization opportunities
• Assist in preparing business performance reports for leadership

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with Product team to reduce friction in user journey
• Coordinate with Marketing for performance-driven creatives
• Support operations in resolving user-level bottlenecks

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of funnels and conversion metrics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Clear communication and structured thinking
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Good to Have

• Understanding of fintech/credit score ecosystem
• Experience in growth roles
