Business Growth Executive – Creative Services
Experience: 0–2 years | Reports to: Business Growth Manager
Division: Madverse (All verticals)
Location: Lado Sarai, Saket – New Delhi
Role Overview
The Business Growth Executive is responsible for creating pipeline and initiating conversations.
This is a frontline revenue role focused on:
• outbound reach
• lead generation
• first conversations
• setting up qualified opportunities
This role is about volume + consistency + hunger.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and reach out to potential clients across:
- brands
- startups
- founders
- marketing teams
- Drive outbound via:
- LinkedIn
- cold emails
- WhatsApp
- referrals
2. First-Level Conversations
- Initiate discovery conversations with prospects.
- Understand basic client needs and requirements.
- Position Madverse capabilities at a high level.
3. Pipeline Creation
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of leads.
- Ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects into the system.
4. Meeting Conversion
- Schedule meetings for senior team / founder.
- Ensure prospects are pre-qualified before handover.
What Success Looks Like
- Daily outbound consistency
- Number of conversations initiated
- Qualified meetings booked
- Pipeline volume created
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills
- High energy and persistence
- Ability to handle rejection
- Basic understanding of marketing / brands
