Your Mission
Help enpropeL grow by building strong connections with:
• Universities and colleges
• Student communities
• Mentors and industry experts
• Organizations interested in engaging with young talent

What You Will Do
Build Academic Partnerships
• Connect with universities, placement cells, and professors
• Introduce enpropeL programs to academic institutions
• Build long-term relationships with campuses
Grow the Student Community
• Engage with student clubs and leaders
• Build and manage campus ambassador networks
• Drive participation in workshops, competitions, and programs
Expand the Mentor Network
• Identify and onboard mentors, coaches, and professionals
• Coordinate sessions and programs
Drive Platform Growth
• Identify collaboration opportunities with organizations
• Support new initiatives such as hackathons, competitions, and corporate programs
Work Directly with the Founder
• Contribute ideas for growth
• Participate in strategy discussions
• Take ownership of initiatives
Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for someone who:
• Has recently completed MBA (Marketing / Entrepreneurship / Business Development)
• Enjoys networking, relationship-building, and partnerships
• Is comfortable reaching out to new people and initiating conversations

Compensation
Internship Stipend
₹10000 – ₹15,000 per month
Full-Time Opportunity (Based on Performance)
Business Growth Lead
₹3,00,000 per annum + performance incentives
