Role Description
We are hiring Business Growth Associates (Freshers) for a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, analyzing financial data, supporting business operations, and building strong relationships with clients. You will also engage with customers to deliver top-notch service, communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and contribute innovative ideas to drive growth and success.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide strategic insights
- Knowledge of Finance and Business principles to support growth and operations
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Strong Customer Service abilities to ensure positive client experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic setting
