Role Overview
This role involves managing the sales process from initial inquiry to post-delivery support, ensuring a
seamless customer experience.
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales
Associate who can convert leads into customers through personalized consultations. You will play a
key
role in guiding customers through their buying journey, especially for high-value engagement rings
and
fine jewellery. And in achieving sales targets and strengthening ORNAZ’s reputation for exceptional
service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
•Handle inbound leads from website, social media, and campaigns
•Connect with potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, and video consultations
•Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery options
•Drive conversions and achieve monthly sales targets
•Build strong relationships with customers and provide a premium buying experience
•Coordinate with design and production teams for custom orders
•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
•Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
Requirements:
•1–2 years of experience in inside sales / luxury retail / jewellery sales
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
•Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
•Comfortable with high-value sales and consultative selling
•Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes
