🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Support lead generation and outreach through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in managing the sales cycle — from initial contact and follow-ups to deal closure — under the guidance of senior team members.
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
- Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring timely responses and a great client experience.
- Collaborate with technical, digital marketing, and sales teams to align on business goals.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to support growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
✅ Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in business growth, sales, or client-facing roles (freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a genuine willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of IT services, digital solutions, and digital marketing.
- Good documentation and proposal-writing ability.
- Comfort working with people and building relationships.

- Familiarity with bidding/freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Exposure to CRM or ERP tools.
