Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and manage qualified leads through multiple channels
• Present and communicate Health-e offerings with clarity and confidence
• Drive end-to-end engagement from first interaction to onboarding
• Ensure a smooth and professional customer onboarding experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless execution
• Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management
• Capture market insights and customer feedback to strengthen offerings
Performance Indicators • Consistent lead pipeline creation
• Strong conversion rates from lead to customer
• Efficient turnaround time for closures and onboarding
• Quality of customer experience and engagement
• Contribution to overall revenue and growth targets

Who We’re Looking For
• Graduate (mandatory) with 0–3 years of experience
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Confidence in interacting with people and presenting ideas
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
• Interest in healthcare, startups, or building something meaningful
Preferred Background (Good to Have)
Candidates with exposure to client / user / employee-facing roles, especially in:
• HR / Employee Benefits
• Insurance
• Healthcare or Wellness ecosystems
