What You'll Do
- Drive business development initiatives and identify new growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients
- Prepare financial projections, business proposals, and market analysis reports
- Conduct field visits and client consultations across your assigned territory
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute growth strategies effectively
What We're Looking For
- 0–10 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development
- Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and client-facing
- Analytical mindset with basic understanding of finance and business operations
- Energetic, target-driven, and passionate about field work and growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
- Prior experience in renewable energy or sustainability is a plus
- Freshers with confidence and learning attitude are welcome!
