Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Growth Analyst. The individual in this role will analyze and evaluate data to identify business opportunities, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include conducting business process analysis, gathering and defining business requirements, and providing actionable insights to drive growth. Strong collaboration across teams and clear communication of findings will be critical to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis to draw actionable insights and support data-driven decisions
- Strong understanding of Business Processes and Business Requirements to optimize operational efficiency and align with business objectives
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey insights, strategies, and recommendations
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, or other data analysis platforms is a plus
- Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or global market growth is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
