This is not a single-function role. You'll move across:
*D2C & Performance Marketing*
- Own and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google
- Work on website-first initiatives — video shopping, landing pages, conversion experiments
- Track what's working, kill what isn't, double down fast
*AI-Powered Work*
- Work with AI tools daily — content, cataloguing, internal tooling
- Build or co-build lightweight production-grade AI applications. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to be comfortable getting your hands dirty with AI tools
- Comfort with AI is a baseline expectation, not a bonus
*Whatever the business needs*
- You could be untangling a supply chain problem, setting up a vendor flow, or supporting a marketing push — depending on what the business needs that week
- You see the problem and move
*Who we're looking for*
- 1–3 years of experience — startup, D2C, consulting, or anything that made you figure things out fast
- You've shipped something. A campaign, a product, a project — something real
- Comfortable with data. Not a data scientist, but you know your way around a spreadsheet and a dashboard
- You use AI tools as a daily work layer, not occasionally
- High ownership. You don't wait to be told what to do next
- You compound fast — every 6 months, you're noticeably better than before
