Location: Pune (On-site)
Role Objective: Build visibility across revenue, costs, profitability, and business performance by creating strong MIS and financial analysis systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Track product-level profitability and contribution margins
• Analyze ad spend vs revenue performance
• Build dashboards for management decision-making
• Identify revenue leakages and cost inefficiencies
• Track channel-wise performance (Amazon, Website, etc.)
• Support founders with business insights and financial analysis
Skills Required:
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
• Strong analytical and logical thinking
• Ability to interpret numbers and identify trends
• Attention to detail
Preferred Requirements:
• CA Inter / CA Finalist
• Experience in eCommerce / D2C / FMCG / Retail business
• Exposure to MIS or business finance roles
