About the Role
Position: Manager – Business Finance Manager
Location: Head Office – Malleshwaram, Bengaluru
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial models, information memorandum and pitch decks for funding proposals.
- Drive the entire transaction process including documentation, negotiation and closure of deals.
- Monitor compliance with lender covenants, repayment schedules, and reporting requirements.
- Prepare MIS for evaluating the company performance & future strategic planning.
- Support strategic fund-raising initiatives including co-lending, NCD issue & other finance deals.
- Stay abreast of market developments and regulatory changes that impact business.
- Assist in developing financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making for equity & debt rounds.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Review and reconcile accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Bring in efficiencies in current finance operations & take a front foot in assisting the management in enhancing business operations.
- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and examinations.
Qualifications
- CA with solid post qualification experience above 2 Years
Required Skills
- Excellent MS Excel skills, comfortable working with high volumes of data
- Ability to understand & deliver what business needs rather than thinking from an accountant's perspective
- Experience in dealing with internal/external audits
- Adept and comfortable working through frequent change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, Tally Prime and Zoho Books.
- Willing to be trained and to train others
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
