Role Overview
The company is looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented professional to join its Finance & Revenue Operations team. This role will work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless revenue operations, forecasting, reporting, and collections management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer contracts, track renewal timelines, and proactively flag upcoming renewals to the Account Management team
- Ensure timely monthly billing based on contracts and platform usage
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve dependencies such as Purchase Orders (POs) and contract approvals to avoid billing delays
- Drive timely collections by closely following up on receivables with clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Leadership teams to prepare accurate annual and next-term revenue forecasts
- Maintain and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports
- Support incentive calculations and provide visibility into performance gaps against incentive targets
- Continuously improve operational efficiency and financial reporting processes
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, execution-focused approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a flat hierarchy
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and seniority levels
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
