Role OverviewWe are looking for a commercially sharp and hands-on Business Finance Manager to partner closely with leadership on pricing, financial planning, capital allocation, and performance management. This role sits at the intersection of finance and business and will play a critical role in driving disciplined growth across India, the US, and other international markets.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-border environment, enjoys working with ambiguity, and brings strong analytical rigor along with business judgment.
What You’ll Do• Own pricing strategy and conduct detailed contribution margin and profitability analysis across SKUs, customers, and geographies
• Partner with sales and leadership during commercial negotiations by providing data-backed financial insights
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning aligned with business strategy
• Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity frameworks to support decision-making
• Track actuals vs budgets and drive corrective actions with functional leaders
• Evaluate investment proposals including capex, capacity expansion, and new market entry through ROI, IRR, and payback analysis
• Support leadership in capital allocation and ensure post-investment performance tracking
• Strengthen financial controls, reporting structures, and KPI dashboards across India & US operations
• Drive discipline in working capital, cash flow, and financial governance
• Partner with audit and compliance teams to ensure robustness and scalability of finance processes
• Mentor and develop finance team members, setting clear ownership and performance metrics
• Act as a thought partner to leadership on profitability, growth trade-offs, and long-term value creation
Who You Are • 3–5 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance
• Prior experience in manufacturing or product-based businesses preferred
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience in pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive outcomes
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
• CA mandatory
