What makes this role exciting?

• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly MIS and financial dashboards
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Track performance at unit/cluster level and highlight gaps
• Partner with teams for cost optimization and margin improvement
• Review contracts for financial impact and compliance
• Support financial due diligence for new projects and expansions
• Coordinate with accounting for accurate month-end closing
• Strong ability to analyze P&L, prepare forecasts, and build business models
• Good understanding of business drivers, revenue streams, and cost structures
• Skilled in MIS, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making
• Works closely with business, operations, and leadership teams to align financial goals
• Identifies variances, risks, and drives corrective actions

We are looking for someone who…

• Is a MBA/CMA/CA inter with 1-3 years of experience
• Cost savings driven through data-led initiatives
• Number of actionable insights and execution rate
• Adherence to financial policies and timely audit closure
• Hands-on with Excel and Google Sheets, with strong data analysis and modeling skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making
