- Lead business finance and FP&A for a key manufacturing segment
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Own costing, BOM governance, and inventory valuation
- Partner with sales on pricing, quotations, and margin analysis
- Deliver actionable insights to improve profitability and cost efficiency
- Manage cash flow and working capital optimisation
- Ensure strong controls, reporting, and statutory compliance
- Lead and develop the segment's entire finance team
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with ~15 years of experience
- Strong manufacturing finance background (plant + business finance exposure)
- Deep expertise in costing, inventory, BOM, and pricing
- Proven experience in FP&A, margin improvement, and business partnering
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel
