Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the Fraud-Free Awareness Program.
- Generate and convert sales leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
- Promote awareness programs related to financial and cyber fraud prevention.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads and customer interactions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure program enrollment.
Requirements
- Calling and sales experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in telecalling, sales, or business development.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work with targets and incentives.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Compensation
- CTC: ₹3,00,000 per year
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives.
