Role Description
The Business Executive (Service) role at NoBrokerHood is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune Division. The individual will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, engaging with clients to ensure smooth service delivery, and addressing customer needs effectively. Key tasks include onboarding clients, addressing feedback or complaints, and actively contributing to strategies for client satisfaction and retention. The role will require close collaboration with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
Qualifications
- Handle day-to-day servicing and ensure proper functioning of Visitor Management System (VMS) devices in assigned societies.
- Should be proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory
- Resolve client or internal tickets within SLA timelines and minimize device downtime.
- Conduct 10–12 field visits daily to societies to monitor operations, collect feedback, and resolve issues.
- Manage company assets and inventory including deployment, collection, and proper record maintenance.
- Ensure timely client payment collections and maintain strong relationships with society committees and security guards.
- Execute society events, provide app usage training, and submit daily reports through the company mobile app while meeting performance targets.
