Role Mission:
You are the "Community Builder." Your mission is to introduce the world to MindzMap — the smarter way to sell products digitally and connect with B2B/B2C customers. You will turn every interaction into a digital opportunity and play a key role in building the next generation of eCommerce businesses in India.
With MindzMap, you empower brands to grow through intelligent online selling, helping create a strong, connected and future-ready eCommerce ecosystem across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Target Audience: Identify and engage with Manufacturers, Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers, and Social Influencers who need a networking upgrade. Especially for women entrepreneurs.
- Multi-Channel influence: Use LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and "feet-on-the-street" field visits to spark interest.
- Meeting Fixer: Schedule high-quality product demos and networking sessions.
- Live Demos: Show off the “product digitally" and create an attraction to our customers
- Target customer: Confidently handle objections and convert prospects into Paid Subscriptions to hit your monthly growth milestones.
- Business Meet-Up: Lead stalls at business and manufacturing meet spaces to drive bulk manufacturer/business founder onboarding.
- Demo Support: Be the energy at MindzMap event stalls—collecting leads and demonstrating the douzzo eCommerce ecosystem to large crowds.
- Warm Follow-Ups: Stay in touch with interested customers to guide them through the "buy" decision.
- Onboarding: Ensure new customers set up their online shop and understand how to use their Douzzo eCommerce
Sales & Interpersonal Skills:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B environments
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Tamil or other regional languages is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with technical professionals (engineers, technicians)
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: A degree in BBA, B.Com, or Communications is preferred, but we value "Street Smarts" over "Book Smarts."
- Open to Freshers: We value a "can-do" attitude over a 3-year-old degree. Final-year students or recent graduates are highly encouraged.
- Digital Native: You must be comfortable using apps, LinkedIn, and CRM tools (we’ll track your daily calls and conversion ratios).
- The "Outspoken" Edge: You are confident, energetic, and love meeting new people.
- Field-Ready: You are excited about traveling within Chennai for meetings and activations.
