Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an MBA Fresher as a Territory Sales Manager, based in Bengaluru South. The role involves managing sales operations in the assigned territory, identifying and pursuing business opportunities to acquire new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The individual will also provide sales training to the team, contribute to strategy formulation, and ensure customer satisfaction through regular interactions and support.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to excel in Sales and Sales Management, leveraging data-driven strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Experience with Training and guiding sales teams for optimal performance.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong organizational abilities and readiness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced on-site environment.
- Experience or interest in consumer tech and real estate sectors is an added advantage.
