Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Executive in Pune Division and Bangalore. The Business Executive will be responsible for driving sales, engaging with potential clients, and onboarding societies onto the NoBrokerHood platform. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to prospective leads, conducting product demonstrations, building relationships with stakeholders in gated communities, and achieving sales targets. The role requires collaboration with teams to ensure client satisfaction while identifying growth opportunities for the business.
Qualifications
- Manage day-to-day servicing and ensure smooth functioning of VMS devices in assigned societies.
- Should be proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory.
- Should have area knowledge and two wheeler with DL.
- Conduct field visits daily to monitor operations and resolve issues within SLA timelines.
- Handle deployment, maintenance, and accountability of company assets and devices.
- Ensure timely payment collections as per assigned targets.
- Build strong relationships with society committees and security staff; provide app training when required.
- Maintain proper attendance, field reporting, compliance, and focus on client satisfaction and service quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
