Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Business Executive (B2B) position at NoBroker.com. The Business Executive will manage client relationships, identify and onboard B2B customers, develop effective sales strategies, and contribute to revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, leading negotiations, achieving sales targets, preparing proposals, and fostering long-term customer partnerships.
Qualifications
- Manage day-to-day operations and servicing for assigned societies via field visits.
- Should be proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory, knowing regional language is a plus.
- Ensure smooth functioning of visitor management devices (VMS)
- Resolve client issues within defined timelines (SLA)
- Conduct daily field visits (10–12 societies) for monitoring and support
- Handle asset deployment, tracking, and inventory management
- Ensure timely payment collections from clients
- Build strong relationships with society members and security staff
- Train users on app usage and operational processes
- Execute on-ground events, promotions, and awareness campaigns
- Maintain daily reports, attendance, and compliance via mobile app
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is required; MBA is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a collaborative attitude.
