Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Executive role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Business Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and presenting NoBrokerHood’s offerings. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, creating sales strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and deliver tailored solutions to customers within gated communities.
Qualifications
- Should have strong Communication in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in Business Development, Relationship Management, and Client Acquisition
- Strong Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking technology
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in real estate, technology, or a related industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in an on-site role that requires frequent interaction with clients
- Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets
