Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Executive specializing in Ad Sales, located in the Pune Division. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential advertisers, pitching advertising opportunities on the NoBrokerHood platform, and negotiating contracts. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to meet revenue goals. Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and providing insights for process improvements will also be key components of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales, client management, and business development
- Ability to draft compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with market analysis and strategic planning
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Understanding of digital marketing and advertisement platforms preferred
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in advertising sales or a related field is advantageous
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
