You are the
Community Builder. Your mission is to introduce the world to MindzMap — the smarter way to sell products digitally and connect with B2B/B2C customers. You will turn every interaction into a digital opportunity and play a key role in building the next generation of eCommerce businesses in India.

Roles and Responsibilities
- ✓ Identify and engage with Manufacturers, Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers, Social Influencers, and especially women entrepreneurs.
- ✓ Use LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and field visits to generate interest.
- ✓ Schedule product demos and networking sessions.
- ✓ Conduct live demos and showcase the product digitally to attract customers.
- ✓ Handle objections confidently and convert prospects into paid subscriptions.
- ✓ Participate in business meet-ups and exhibitions to onboard manufacturers and business owners.
- ✓ Support demo activities at events by collecting leads and promoting the Douzzo eCommerce ecosystem.
- ✓ Follow up with interested customers and guide them through the buying process.
- ✓ Assist new customers with onboarding and setting up their online shop.
Requirements
- ✓ Proven ability to achieve sales targets in B2B environments
- ✓ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- ✓ Excellent communication in English (Tamil or other regional languages is a plus)
- ✓ Ability to build rapport with technical professionals
- ✓ Strong organizational and time management skills
- ✓ Self-motivated and proactive
- ✓ Degree in BBA, B.Com, or Communications (preferred but not mandatory)
- ✓ Open to freshers and final-year students
- ✓ Comfortable using digital tools like LinkedIn and CRM software
- ✓ Confident, energetic, and people-oriented personality
- ✓ Willingness to travel within Chennai for meetings and events
