Role Overview
Hera & Hebe is building a next-generation restorative healthcare platform focused on Body, Pain, and Mind.
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven professional to lead investor outreach, build strategic relationships, and support fundraising initiatives. This role requires someone who can create meaningful opportunities, build trust with investors, and contribute directly to growth
Investor Outreach & Pipeline Development
- Identify and connect with:
- HNIs / Family Offices
- PE / VC Funds
- Strategic Healthcare Investors
- Build and manage a strong investor pipeline
- Initiate first-level conversations and secure warm introductions
Fundraising Execution
Support founders in:
- Investor meetings
- Follow-ups and communication
- Data room coordination
Track and manage:
- Investor interest levels
- Meeting outcomes
- Progress across deal stages
Relationship Management
- Maintain engagement with investors, advisors, and strategic partners
- Nurture relationships and convert discussions into structured opportunities
Strategic Positioning
Effectively communicate Hera & Hebe’s vision, including:
- Restorative healthcare model (Body–Pain–Mind)
- Scalable multi-centre platform opportunity
Adapt messaging based on investor profile (financial / strategic)
Networking & Market Access
Leverage professional networks to:
- Open quality investor meetings
- Access relevant investor circles
Represent Hera & Hebe at:
- Industry events
- Investor forums
- Strategic meetings
Candidate Profile Mandatory
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Business Development
- Investor Relations
- Fundraising
- Proven exposure to investor outreach or deal sourcing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently manage discussions with senior stakeholders
Preferred
- Existing network with Family Offices, HNIs, or Healthcare Investors
- Experience in startup fundraising, consulting, or investment banking
- Understanding of healthcare, hospital, or wellness ecosystems
